The XenaBay is a modular 12-slot chassis solution providing industry-leading density and lowest power consumption per test port. It supports 72 x 1 or 10 Gbps ports, or 12 x 40 Gbps ports, or 6 x 100 Gbps ports in a 4U form factor.
The XenaBay Test Modules are identical to the test modules which are integrated into the XenaCompact series, so the feature set of the XenaBay series is identical to the XenaCompact series, except for the physical form factor and power consumption.

Xena have reduced the cost and complexity of GigE testing, enabling you to quickly and cost-effectively add large numbers of 1,10, 40 and 100 GigE test ports to your test infrastructure. A Xena test platform is an ideal complement or alternative to existing test equipment solutions, at a price point which makes in-house custom built test solution projects obsolete. The Xena test platform provides an open environment where L2-3 traffic can be generated and performance analyzed at wire speed. Our user friendly .NET based GUI client is provided for test execution and remote management of test equipment located in multiple locations. In addition, an open TCP/IP command line based scripting API allows users to script and automate testing from any software and tool environment.

The high precision, stream based, wire-speed traffic generation and analysis capabilities are suited for testing of network devices under deliberate error, stress, and random conditions. Packet formats can be defined per individual packet byte, and packet spacing, transmission rates, and bursts can be defined with byte and kbps accuracy.
Xena Ethernet Test Infrastructure platform provides a suite of test modules with copper and optical interface speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps, 10 Gbps, 40 Gbps, and 100 Gbps. Two chassis product series are available, the compact and transportable XenaCompact and the scalable high-density XenaBay series.
