First line support is provided in the UK by the staff at Airtrace Ltd. who are fully experienced with RF technology and are fully trained to install and support the products in to the field environment. In addition to this there is a spare parts holding in the UK which can be drawn upon to satisfy the needs of the field operative in the event of a fault. In the unlikely event that a higher level of support being required than is available locally in the UK, there is a hot line available directly to the product development team at the respective location.
